Ceremonial grade matcha powder makes amazing matcha lattes. Culinary matcha is better for baking or smoothies. You want ceremonial grade if you are drinking it straight. Matcha is a little earthy and may take a little getting used to but it is so good for the body that its worth it. Mix with hot water for traditional tea. Mix with milk or non-dairy milk and sweeten with honey.

Golden milk is another great powder for lattes. Turmeric root, maca root, goji gerry, cardamom are a few of the ingredients. Mix with milk or non-dairy milk. Sweeten with honey.
