I add this Organic Superfood powder to my smoothies and açaí bowls. This is the original version meaning it doesn’t really have a flavor. I prefer to add my flavors with fruit or powders like cacao. It’s a great way to get in extra nutrients easily!
Chia seeds are a great form of protein, omega 3s, and fiber. I add them to my superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, granola, and on top of my almond butter toast.

Ceremonial grade matcha powder makes amazing matcha lattes. Culinary matcha is better for baking or smoothies. You want ceremonial grade if you are drinking it straight. Matcha is a little earthy and may take a little getting used to but it is so good for the body that its worth it. Mix with hot water for traditional tea. Mix with milk or non-dairy milk and sweeten with honey.
