These are my favorite products that I use on a regular basis and highly recommend!
I use my Vitamix for my daily superfood smoothie, but I also use it to make hummus, to blend soup, to make oat milk or nut milk, and so much more. I couldn’t live without it! This is the Explorian series and is 48 oz.
I had been wanting one of these for years but didn’t want to spend the money. Once I received a cancer diagnosis it was one of the first things I purchased. Removing toxins from our body and environment is so important. We own this size (Big Berkey) for our family of 4 but I wish I had gotten the Royal Berkey. We refill it 1-3 times a day. This does not come with fluoride filters so you have to buy them separately.

This is on my wish list! I hate when I travel and have to drink the water. Ick! I would love to have this guy in the car with me so I can have quality filtered water at hotels and camping.
This is genius because it has the food slicer/processor attachment along with the blender. One base with two attachments means less to store!
I recently bought this Instant Pot Duo as I have started buying dry beans and cooking them myself rather than buying canned. This has also replaced my crockpot and is great for soups and chili or any set it and forget it meals. I also love finding good Vegan Instant Pot meals to try. Soon I will try making yogurt in this as well!
If you are wanting an Instant Pot that is also an Air Fryer try this Duo Crisp! Its an Instant Pot that pressure cooks but it also works as an air fryer so you can make your own fries and wings and chicken at home. What I love about this model is it also dehydrates. What?!?! You can cook veggies, meats, soups, pretty much anything. However, this one does not have a yogurt setting.
Another favorite in our kitchen is an Air Fryer/Toaster Oven combo. We were able to get rid of our toaster and love toasting bread, bagels, and pumpkin bread in this. We also make homemade fries and roasted veggies in this. We even bake our individual homemade pizzas in here. Its a favorite of my husbands for sure!
I can’t believe how much I love these little spatulas. I use them multiple times a day. I especially love them for my smoothies because I like to get every last drop out of the blender. Its also perfect to pack with my travel blender. They are so versatile in the kitchen and a must have.
I take this blender with me camping, to the beach, to the hotels, or anywhere I am going where I know there won’t be a blender. This way I can make my daily smoothie. I pack a straw and small spatula as well. Its easy to charge with USB and the charge lasts quite a while! If I’m using any frozen fruit I need to shake it every once in a while to get things moving but it always works. I haven’t found a travel blender that blends as well as a Vitamix but for travel its perfect!
My husband gifted me a set of Le Creuset pots and pans in a beautiful French blue and I absolutely adore them. I use the dutch oven similarly to a crock pot for soups and stews, or chicken with onions and potatoes. I also bake my sourdough bread in this! I did have to replace the handle on the lid with a higher temp handle as I bake at 450. Cooking with cast iron is recommended as it is non-toxic.
My husband gifted me a set of Le Creuset pots and pans in a beautiful French blue and I absolutely adore them. The skillet is perfect for one-pot dishes, eggs, veggies, pancakes, almost anything! Cooking with cast iron is recommended as it is non-toxic. As the skillet gets seasoned with time things do not stick as much. So go ahead and throw away those nonstick pans that are highly toxic!
My husband gifted me a set of Le Creuset pots and pans in a beautiful French blue and I absolutely adore them. This skillet grill is perfect for cooking organic chicken, grass fed beef, and fish or veggie burgers.
Flip-top bottles are a must have for kombucha if you plan on doing a second fermentation with added ingredients like ginger or berries. They are also good for oils and dressings.
I use these for my daily smoothies but also for sprouting. They are also great for storing bulk supplies like beans and powders. The wide mouth is easier to access and clean.
I use these for small drinking glasses but also for storing powders, beans, nuts, and for making pickles and fermented veggies in the fridge. These are the smaller size – 8oz. These share lids with other regular ball jars not wide mouth.
These replace plastic wrap in the kitchen and are perfect for leftovers. Reusable food wrap that holds up surprisingly well! I’ve had mine for years.
We purchased a grounding mat from Earthing after listening to a podcast on Chris Beat Cancer where Clive Ober explained how he discovered the healing benefits of grounding and furthered research and products to help people. I have never slept more soundly.
Another great brand of natural products and a few bucks cheaper. Use these instead of toxic dryer sheets. They are reusable, cut down on drying time, prevent static cling. Add essential oils if scents are important to you.
